American Girl
Got my first one 16 years ago xmas of 93!
She was Kirsten , I was never sure why i got her since I really wanted Molly or Samantha , but i loved this doll as if she was my child . My and Kisrten when EVERYWHERE together. She is somewhere in my Mom's attic i'll pull her out eventually. My second doll was a AGoT when i was 13 in '98 she had tan skin brown eyes and brown hair i loved that doll to peices she was named Krystal , she got given to my niece who gave it to my mom. My 3rd doll was Alex who i bought myself i love her and she sits on my lap as we speak :D. My 4th doll was Felicity I actually got one from a thrift store and one from AG brand new, So i traded the thrift store one for Josefina recently. Both Felicitys were from my grandmother. I plan on getting Sonali in May.

Love of Dolls.
I love all dolls [besides baby and BJD] From Barbie to Bratz to American girl i love them all. It all started with Barbie and the Rockers Barbie I still have her till this day.

I love Models they are so amazing to me. They are so long and tall and just utterly amazing.

Hair Magic!
I love doing hair i do my own and i love it! I actually start Beauty/cosmetology school in March :D I've been doign hair since i was 8 or 9 i used to practice on my aunt's or mom's hair or anyone's hair! I love hair. I want to specialize in Extensions and Dye.

Now the newer Bratz have very very very thick hair almost three times as much as my Twiinz Phoebe and she has thick hair to begin with. Here is a tutorial to show you how to thin out the hair two different types of ways . One way is the first way I'll show you and that is to generally make the hair thinner , a second way is to razor the hair which will amke the hair gradually thinner torwards the ends, this looks really nice with curls.[ My cam broke so it's cheesy cartoons :D]

Bratz hair has been very YUCK lately , Curly, Thick, Water-repelling , and gross!
I have figured out how to tame this madness

Step 1:
Examine the hair and figure out what needs to be done , The newer dolls , most of them anyway have their hair in 6-8 rolls when you pull them out of the box. Brush out each roll until its very poofy , if your worried about losing hair it's normal and they have tons of it anyway. After this step soak the hair , This hair is also very water repellent so you'll have to wash it.

Step 3:
Wash it, Use dish soap it gets the grime/shellac that MGA put on the hair off. You can also use cheap shampoo as they tend to strip hair of natural oils more. I'd personally stay away from expensive shampoos especially moisturizing shampoos. Clarifying shampoo works wonders also.Wig shampoo is good also.

Step 4:
Straightening time. Get out your Flat iron or boil up some water . I do not recommend trimming then straightening, because when your straighten hair the midshaft gets the straightest and the ends tend to stay a little curlier if you cut the hair ,then straighten it the ends will still be curly. If you straighten it then cut it you'll be cutting it at an area that is definately straightened already. Make sure you straighten the hair good and getting the mid-shaft the best.

Step 5:
Trimming/ cutting. The newer dolls have about 1/2 inches of hair at the bottom that is very split-looking and unruly , cut it off it just looks really nasty. You'll be happier later ahaha.


Step 6 :
Condition! You can use a good conditioner or downy. Personally i bought a cheap bottle of VO5 since your going to have to condition the hair more than once and will need a whole bottle or less but i tend to over-exaggerate. Condition the hair AFTER straightening if you do it before it'll be a waste of conditioner.

Step 7:
Once your girl is all trimmed and conditioned let her sit in a little bit more conditioner for a day or so. The hair really has to soak up the moisture.

Step 8:
Rinse her! examine her hair if you want those curls back then give her a boil perm. Personally i don't like really tight curls i like the more flowy-wavy kind so i use a very small curling iron, but back to the boil perm take some straws [bigger straw bigger curl] i personally like the Mcdonald's ones the best since they are a lot thicker and give bigger curls, but again this is personal preference. Wrap small sections around each straw [cut the straw into smaller pieces first] then secure each strand with a bobby pin. Now boil up some water and sit your girl in the sink ,take the boiling water and slowly poor it over her head make sure you get it over all the rollers. let her sit for 30 seconds ,then run very cold water over her head . Now if you want really tight curls let her air dry completely , if you want looser curls take the rollers out and comb them out with your fingers. Then let her air dry.

Step 9:
One your done with said perm , examine it,if its to tight wash and condition her hair it'll make the curls looser.

Molly- Wanted her since childhood.

Addy-She's really cute ,but i want to read her stories before i just buy her.

Ugh my car is costing boat loads. I need a new cell phone and i have 12 100$ dolls i want. Kill me now.

After hunting for anything AG at thrift stores for YEARS the one day I'm not looking is the day my grandma finds something AG ,and no not some clothing not some furniture and definitely not a bitty baby, but an actual fucking doll and she was only $4! She has been identified as Felicity umm for starters she had a poof ball o' hair it was all in these little braids. She was filthy her legs are loose i mean she can stand but they're still loose. I think she may be a pre-Mattel she has a shorter body and looks shorter than my #25[Alex]. One of her eyes is loose as in it just rolls around in there but i can fix that.

Ok so I washed her hair 3 times scrubbed her with vinyl with alcohol her hair has been straightened and layered[BTW she has Julie-length hair] ,and I don't mean to toot my own horn but she looks fucking great.
shes actually a great doll and ironically the next doll I was planning to get!
